Depuis le d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 2000, le pays conna\u00eet en effet le d\u00e9veloppement conjoint d\u2019un web non filtr\u00e9 et le renforcement d\u2019un autoritarisme d\u00e9favorable aux libert\u00e9s publiques. Outre l&rsquo;\u00e9volution int\u00e9rieure, l&rsquo;Etat russe est souvent accus\u00e9 de piratage \u00e0 l&rsquo;encontre des organisations internationales, d&rsquo;orchestrer des cyber-attaques contre les gouvernements et de perturber les processus \u00e9lectoraux dans les pays \u00e9trangers. En 2018, ann\u00e9e d&rsquo;\u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles en Russie, ces tensions sont susceptibles de se durcir plus encore. Dans ce contexte, le pr\u00e9sent projet a pour objet d\u2019analyser les r\u00e9sistances et les adaptations des internautes russes aux nouvelles r\u00e9gulations nationales du web. La Russie appara\u00eet en effet comme un \u00ab\u00a0laboratoire des r\u00e9sistances num\u00e9riques\u00a0\u00bb susceptibles de se diffuser au-del\u00e0 de ses fronti\u00e8res. Au regard des travaux existant, ce projet innovera par une enqu\u00eate in\u00e9dite sur les r\u00e9sistances en ligne en Russie qui permettra de mettre au jour des pratiques sociales et des techniques de contournement des contraintes en ligne peu connues.
